Dedicated to the memory of Norman Goodchild
This site is a tribute to Norman Goodchild. He was much loved and will always be remembered by his family and many friends.
Norman was very happily married to Rita for nearly 57 years and lived for the large majority of this time in Ipswich. They had 3 children,Julie,Mark and Jane who all still live in Suffolk with their respective spouses Gavin,Kerry and David.
Norman and Rita were most fortunate to be blessed with 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Hannah,Oliver,Bethany,Katherine,Charlie,Lily,Poppy and Isla. They always enjoyed spending quality time with the family at home and abroad.

Thoughts
Dearest Dad, another year has gone. You’ve got a great grandson now. Arlo Finlay was born on the 20/7/2021. And another one is due in September(another baby for Katherine and Tom!) We’re all looking after Mum as you so desperately wanted us to. She’s still missing you immeasurably as we are too. I’m sitting in a new happy place today looking at Loch Lomond and remembering all the amazing memories of your 82 years. Love you always Julie xxxxx

Dearest Dad,one year on....can’t believe how quick that time has gone. We’re all missing you but we’ve all been a massive support to Mum. You’ve now got another little great granddaughter Isabelle and a great grandson due in few weeks! Think about you every day Dad. Lots of love always Julie xxxxx
